We’ll sync rosters and eligibility from PowerSchool, Veracross, Blackbaud, FACTS, Clever, or ClassLink, so nobody re-keys a student twice.

The Facility management module doesn't just keep your spaces straight. For many departments, the facilities you already own can cover its cost, and then some.
Open hours, earning their keep
Your gyms, fields, and courts sit empty for big stretches of the week. The module turns those open hours into booked, paid rentals: listed, approved, and collected without adding a job to anyone’s plate.
A handful of weekend bookings a month is often enough to offset the whole platform. The rest is hours back for your staff and a program that just runs.

What does it cost?
Founding partners join at $300/month for the entire department: every team, sport, coach, player, and family on the core platform. Standard pricing is $1,000/month, and founding partners lock in the $300 rate. Modules (Marketing, Facility management) price separately, and Facility management often pays for itself through rentals.
Is it priced per program or per athlete?
Per department. One price covers every team, coach, player, and family on the core platform, no per-athlete or per-seat meter, so the cost doesn’t climb as your rosters grow.
Does it work with our roster system and sign-on?
It will. Tell us what your school runs, PowerSchool, Veracross, Blackbaud, FACTS, Clever, ClassLink, or something else, and we build the connection, so rosters and eligibility sync in and nobody re-keys a student. Single sign-on through Google, Microsoft, Clever, ClassLink, or SAML, too. For founding partners, we build the integrations you need at no extra charge.
What’s in the core platform vs. a module?
The core is everything the season runs on: scheduling, communications, signups, attendance & RSVPs, game-day logistics, scores & records, the web + mobile apps, and the Playbooks operator. Marketing (your program’s public site) and Facility management (facility scheduling + rentals) are modules you add when you need them.
Do I have to take the modules?
No. The core platform stands on its own. Add Marketing or Facility management only when they earn their place. And Facility management often pays for itself through rentals.
How does onboarding work?
It’s built into the founding offer. We import your rosters and schedules and set things up with you, so the department is live in minutes, not a rollout that drags across a season.
What kind of support do we get?
Founding partners work directly with us through the season. You get a real person who knows your program, not a ticket queue.
How long is the contract?
The founding offer is one season. We’d rather earn the next year than lock you into it. We’ll talk specifics when we scope your program.
